OLSS is going forward with plans for a building to be used as religious education classrooms and parish hall. The building will be named in honor of and dedicated to Msgr. Vincent M. Patrizi.

Congratulations to Emily Reinhart, Jude Wiggins, and Brandon Wiggins who were recognized for their service as Altar Servers on November 19th at the Corpus Christi Cathedral. Emily and Brandon received Ten Year Service Awards and Jude received the Eucharistic Cross Award.

Congratulations to Kathleen and Martin Dossett who received the 2016 Evangelii Gaudium Recognition. This diocesan recognition acknowledges an individual or couple for their exemplification of Gospel values. Kathleen and Martin manifest the Word of God in action, are both humble and joyful in their service, and reflect a spirit of evangelization

Jonathan Reinhart has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank you can achieve in Boy Scouts. His community project was to build and install six benches at the Kaiah Dog Park on Moore Avenue in Portland. Go by and check them out. His family, friends, mentors, and fellow parishioners are very proud of his accomplishment!
